Tyler Perry’s The Single Moms Club Could be a classic

Brought together by an incident at their children’s school, a group of single mothers from different walks of life bond, and create a support group that helps them find comedy in the obstacles of life, as well as their inner strength to overcome their personal challenges.
TYLER PERRY’S THE SINGLE MOMS CLUB is written, produced and directed by Tyler Perry. Lionsgate and Tyler Perry Studios Present, A Tyler Perry Studios/Lionsgate Production.

This has the possibility of being a classic. I give the up most respect to Tyler Perry as a Film maker! He has accomplished so much, from his own studio to a string of popular and successful sitcoms on Television. Check out his website http://www.tylerperry.com/.  I understand the backlash from the Medea character, however, it is the alternatives like these that make his dressing up like a women beyond justifiable. Tyler Perry is giving the best stories and culturally relevent films to American audience right now. I said it. A film like The Single Moms Club is a story that is universal, will ask the right questions and expose the different sides to the situation.

I feel that the intelligent film goer will support a film like this to send a message, We don’t need talking animals and bodies swapping movies all the time. We also do not need the most depressing movie of all time as an alternative. A project like this is is light where it should and looks to get deep where necessary.

I am also excited to see the always impressive Terry Crews!. Remember that Daddy’s Little Girls and Good Deeds are the worst performing Tyler Perry movies. They have no Madea in them, so don’t be mad at him in a women suit. He has to wear it. And Medea makes a lot of people happy so it will be great.
